I&#039;ve long hated Chase -- I had a Chase credit card years ago and a business charged my card fraudulently and Chase refused to take my side because it was only $30 and they said they had a policy not to contest anything under $50.  I asked if it was worth $30 to them to lose a customer for life and they said there was nothing they could do... so I&#039;ve refused to do any business with them ever since.  (And when they took over a mileage credit card I held, I canceled it.)</description>
